Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Perishable Items
Most of our products are fresh and perishable (such as dairy items), so we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered.

We strongly advise that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery to ensure product freshness and quality.

2. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

Once an order is out for delivery or already delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded (especially for fresh items).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You were unavailable to receive the delivery, and the product spoiled as a result.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Minor variations in product appearance due to natural differences in fresh goods.
